I have 2000 Honda Accord 2/door manual trans. There is a loud roaring noise in the right rear of the car. I am also experiencing what I believe is brake problems. When applying the brakes from 50 mph, the steering wheel shakes. I am very unfamiliar with auto mechanics, am female and what to make sure what I'm being told by mechanics is correct.

Hi mcarranza,

Roaring noise from wheels are usually caused by bad wheel bearings.

The steering wheel shaking while braking would be caused by bad brake rotors. You have the option of refacing or replacing them.
