I have accord 2000 amarican version but I am living in Dubai. My car throtell body and IAC have been confirmed defective by local honda service. But problem is that here I dont have amarican version spareparts. Can I replace gulf version of throtell body and IAC on my amarican accord, if it is posible can you tell me how can I calibrate these two parts so that I can put them in my car.

Hi iamfurqan,

They are compatible and no calibration is required.

Hi iamfurqan,

Based on data available to me, they are interchangeable. For Honda people, they would say it is different as long as is is not made in the same place.

I have done changes for earlier models and there were no differences.
