2000 Honda Accord hard to pull out of parking

2000 Honda Accord 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 180k miles

hi, I have a 6cylinder honda accord 2000 iv recently noticed one day wen I was about to leave the gas station I couldnt pull it out of parking. I had to give it a jiggle and pull and then I got it out of it, but im not sure what it could be? Now I just have it on nutral and the E brake up. Iv been told its a sensor but im not sure if thats acurrate? I wish to know how to fix it? Any comments would be greatly apreciated thanks.
