I recently ran over a curb going maybe. 5 miles an hour? It was not a scrape, I completely went up and over. In any case, shortly after, when accelerating particularly at 3.7k and up in the third gear, as well as any revs in the 4th and 5th gears, there's a knocking sound coming from the engine. However, when I'm not accelerating, but still in gear, the noise ceases. On top of that, when I turn left and accelerate, a very loud rattle comes from the engine compartment. I ran over the curb on the right side. I popped the hood and tried pressing the throttle wire, while the car was not engaged and in neutral, and there was a knocking sound coming from the engine. How do I fix this?

You need to narrow down the location with a stethscope if you have not already done that. I would be concerned that it is coming from the timing belt area. Loose tensioner?
