1999 Honda Accord ignition key

I lost my key. There are two codes on the glove compartment, does any of these codes is for the key?

Best way to go about it is have the VIN # and the codes and call the Honda dealer
or call a lock smith
as its going to need to be programmed
or it will not start the engine
