Hi lauire,

Is the P light showing when ignition switch is turned to ON?

If disconnecting the battery terminals allows you to remove the key, the interlock system is malfunctioning due to a faulty wiring circuit for the Park circuit.

Are dash lights showing with ignition switch turned on?
