Engine Cooling problem
1998 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The cooling fans in my step-sons accord ex quit working. I am not a mechanic by no means, but suspect the relay switches to be bad. I do not know for sure, and do not know where they are located. Can you help?

Are both fans not working?
Did you test the fans by applying battery voltages to them each one at a time?

Relays are located in underhood fuse box. The fan switch is located on the thermostat housing.
