Hello, I have a 1997 honda accord 4cyl. The radiator fans will not turn on unless I have the a/c on. Can anyone help me with this please? Thanks

Power the fan direct from the battery. Power the blue wire at the fan motor did it come on?

Check fuses, radiator fan control module, fan relay, and engine temperature switch.
