1994 Honda Accord cooling not working

Engine running hot when AC is on especially going up slowly on a grade. If the AC is not on, it is ok. Also, I notice that the cooling fan does not come on when I turn the motor off after driving on a very hot day. I also had my radiator changed a few months ago.

The a/c fan works but the cooling fan doesn't

Did you check for power at that connector? If there is power, the fan motor itself is NG, if no power, test the sensors as shown, let me know the findings.
