I recently replaced all shocks and struts both in the front and rear. Sometimes while driving over a speed bump or large bump, I can feel and hear the bottom of the car graze the road, even if I slow down.
what could be the problem?

Hi dave6727,

The noise is most probably caused by the mudflaps grazing the bumps. Nothing to worry about.

If the noise is more of a metalic type, then you need to check if the exhaust has lost a hanger resulting in the pipes hanging lower than normal causing it to graze. Check for out of alignment exhaust pipes which could have been distorted by backing the tailpipe into curbs.
