But as that gona creat any effect on my engine efficiency as I neva open it before? 2nd my rediator as also some leakage? Do I need to change it completly or should be repair? The rediator heated up twice badly? Do I need to travel in the same situation?

Hi there,

I would start with getting the radiator repaired, and replace the thermostat and the radiator cap as well. Make sure the cooling fans are working, and have the system pressure tested for leaks. If you are still experiencing over heating problems. You will have to get the engine checked for a head problem, but get the cooling system sorted out first.
