1995 Honda Accord engine trouble

My car was fine two days ago but today for some reason my car wants to turn over but wont its making the starting sound but wont now its pretty cold outside now and I forgot that I have mostly water instead of antifreeze and I noticed some ice in the radiator what should I do to get some of the ice out if thats the problem if its not then what do you think is the problem

Hi commoncents08,

If the coolant has frozen up, it can cause problem with the sensors and many other components which can affect starting.

A heater would be required to thaw the ice and you can check with the local parts store for anything that might help.
