1995 Honda Accord Engine smoking and over heating

Hi there I was just wondering if you could help me figure out whats wrong with my car. I havea 1995 honda accord and the day before yday some green fluid came out from under the engine and then yday when I was driving it started to smoke so I went and put in transmition fluid (antifreeze) and thouhht it would be fine. After driving it for 2 minutes it started smoking again so I turned it off and there was a humming noise coming from the engine, I guess it was cooling down. I managed to get my car to my fiends house and left it parked there but it took forever to get it there b/c I had to keep pulling over to get rid of the smoke and to get it from over heating. I was just wondering if you would know what is possibly wrong with my car. It started leaking then overheating and smoking. Please help. Thank you

Hello,

Well, there are a number of things that could be causing the leaking antifreeze.

Upper or Low Radiator Hose

Heater Hose

Water Pump

Head Gasket

So in order to narrow down the field you will need to look for the area of the leak.

When you fill the radiator does the coolant start leaking out before starting.

If no leaks when filling then start vehicle and let warm up. Watch for any leaks to start as it warms.

Try to get an area of the leak, and if possible and you can take pic and post it.
