1995 Honda Accord ABS module failure

Was told by honda dealer that one of the two ABS modules needs to be replaced. It's an expensive repair. Can I source these used or rebuilt and is it a simple swap? Is it something I could do myself? Anyone have a source for the ABS module?

Other option might be for me to acquire the part on my own and have dealer install. BTW, if I can get the part do you think I need to take it to honda or any one could do it. Due to age of car I only try to visit dealer when it's tune-up related or involves something more complicated than brakes, oil changes, etc.

I think it is hard to say. Take some time and crawl under the front end and examine the CV boots on the axles. If there is grease on the boot it has a hole. Look at the condition of them for breaks or tears. Generally, if the axle is failing, at a turn there will be a clicking sound. Is it possible that you problems are a result of brake problems?

I dont think there's notting wrong with the brakes. System, befor this problem even started I had no problem with the brakes. Back the the axles, it dose make a clicking sound when ever I turn left or right. If I turn right the right side makes the clicking sound, and if I turn left it makes the same sound.I also have another Q? Everytime I wish my rims, and then go for a drive come back home my rims are cover with, what I belive it brake dust. What is causing this to happen, I know its not the brake pads cause they where change 2weeks ago
