1995 Honda Accord 95 Honda wont start

1995 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

We bought a used motor for the 95 honda accord. Drove it for a week and it went dead. The car turns over it just doesnt crank. I asked a question earlier and I was told it could be the ignition switch, but if thats what the problem is I dont think it would be turning over. Someone else said we needed to do something with the computer. Do you have any other suggestions?

Very common for the distributor to fail
this what need to be checked
check for spark
check timing belt
if the rotor is turning and then the timing belt possibly OK
check for spark if no spark I would suspect the distributor
