1995 Honda Accord 6 cyl Automatic

I have a 1995 Honda Accord v-6 with an oil leak on the passenger side. Its not the oil pan gasket or the oil filter either - those have been replaced. Its coming from where the oil filter housing bolts to the engine and it only leaks when the car is running too. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi mm9728,

Behind the oil filter base there is an O ring that would leak when it has hardened.

If engine is equipped with oil cooler, it would require the coolant to be drained and removal of the cooler hoses to remove the oil cooler and replace the O ring.
