1994 Honda Accord weird noise

Is making this loud noise when hi, my accord 94 it compresses between 20000 and 17000 I changed the manifold gasket and the noise went away for a minute but then came back when I took it for a ride is only when the car slows down between 20000 and 17000 the noise is like a metallic piece vibrates loud and is coming from the front side of the engine where the manifold sticks to the engine. Any suggestions would be help full thanks.

Sounds like you have a loose exhaust heatshield or a busted catalytic convertor.
