There is something underneath the front of the car that is not giving juice to the cooling fans, would you possible know what it is called?

You talking cooling fan relay/control module? Coolant temp switch?

This part is like in the front like underneath the fans and radiator, my husband slides underneath and its right there and is not giving off any poweror charge?

Pictures are great. Theres a few components in that general area. Like the air bag module. Is it tied into the cooling fans?
