my hc level is 324 and my co% is 10.37 will a egr valve and a o2 sensor drop this and will a bad egr valve make it idel up and down win its cold the revs softens as it gets warm win warm she off no prob

A poorly functioning EGR system will mostly create higher NOx levels.

An oxygen sensor will affect HC and CO. Get those oxygen sensors scoped out.

Also, if you need a tune-up, that will cause excess emissions as well.
