1994 Honda Accord Dash lights go in and out

Electrical problem
1994 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 146000 miles

The dash lights went out on my 1994 Accord. Then they briefly started working again, and now they do not work again. This leads me to belief it is electrical and not the bulb. Where should I start looking? Thanks

It still could be a bulb, it could be loose and as you hit a bump or something it will jar it so that it is a complete circuit, or your dimmer switch could be shot, I would still check the bulbs in the cluster
