Everytime i turn off the car the clock resets the time. also everytime I hit the gas and the car is moving the clock just fades and comes back when the car is in a complete stop. I dont know how to fix it or what the problem is. Can someone help me???

The clock relied on the radio to get power to keep the time. I suspect if you looked at the clock it would have three wires on it. Ground, constant power and power when the ignition switch is activated. There might be another that is regulated by the lights to dim it at night. Your constant power is not powering the clock and the grounding is not as good as it should be.
