1993 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 280000 miles

After I drive my car and let it sit for like ten to fifteen minutes and when I go to start it to leave it hesitates to start like it is not getting any spark or fuel. Could it be the fuel pump or filter?

First thing would be to hook up a fuel gauge to see if you are getting the proper fuel pressure at the rail. Without doing this test first, you are just guessing at what's wrong.
