Hello guys help me out.

my accord 93ex 4door front right side brake pad is jam with the disk its griding and that dust meterial is every whr around weel I hav checked tire feels jam moving hardly. It was which I think was fine before I hav changed the tie rod Plus that same day it was heavly raining so it was water every whr on roads almost half tire was in water few times
pleae provide the solution of the problem

I hav changed all rotors 7month ago 15,000 km on it

Either the caliper or caliper sliders are seized. You will have to replace the rotors and pads again as well.

I wnt to a local guy he did clean the brake callipers thr was some rust adn he told me the calliper is pumping back means it is alright just the long 2 screw he put some antifrezer silver stuff like oil he did put now the wheel when I put car on N and spin it is spinning but not so smooth like 60% u can say
pads and disk is in good condtion so should I change the both sides callipers? The Front tyre have to Rotate very freely when car is lifted up and on N
