1993 Honda Accord fails to start sometimes

Sometimes the car wont start, starter turns but vehicle wont start or even try to start, also when this happens the D4 light on the dash is flashing

Hi dpl2003_88,

The problem is caued by a malfunctioning PGM FI main relay. Remove the relay and check the circuit board for bad soldered joints. Resolder the joints and problem should be solved.
