1993 Honda Accord Difficulty starting and sluggish power

My car has been a little touchy when it starts for the last several months, but this morning it just didn't want to start at all. It turns over, but it just wouldn't start. A few hours later, I did eventually get it to start, and now it has no power when driving from a complete stop (no take-off power). Also, it is sounding like the exhuast has a leak in it (noticeably louder) - not sure if this is related or seperate issue. Thanks in advance!

Hi, From What Your saying Sounds like the catalytic converter is going bad. I'd have it Checked By Your mechanic.
