1993 Honda Accord cranks but won't start.

Engine cranks but won't start. All fuses & relays are good. No spark at the plugs or from the coil. Dist. Ign. Rotor was burned out. There is a sticky dark silicone oil coming off the moduel and on the inside of the cap. Thank you for your help.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing
