I have a 91 honda accord. When the car is at an idle in gear it acts like it wants to stall. I checked the EGR valve and it checks out fine. I am stumped on what else to check?

Hello,

Unless you have already done so, clean your Idle Air Control valve. A dirty IAC can cause the vehicle to have rough idle.

Here is couple of helpful articles:

Also on these cars you can adjust the idle speed. I have attached the idle speed adjustment as well as the recommended idle speed for your car.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
