Is there a way that I can remove my water pump with out any speacilty tools? I cannot get the pully off that is in front of the bottom cover and that's where my water pump is located and everywhere I've found directions on how to get it off say that I need to use this speacilty tool to get the bolt that holds that pulley off.

Depends on what you call specialty tools. For instance, the removal of the harmonic balancer should be very simple but can easily turn in to a major undertaking of its own. I would answer your question saying that I find no special tools are needed, but you might find a need to access some bigger ones.

I have nice impacts bracker bars and everything. But after I spent a whole day on trying different ways to keep the pulley from moving without messing anything up. I just went ahead and ordered a tool for removing that bolt. I got mine on ebay for $40 (that was shipping, tax, and tool total) it a tool for removing honda crankshaft pulley. Way easier and a lot less a chance of messing something up. And beleive me I contimplated getting it knowin it might be the only time I used it but now afterward im glad I did. FYI
