Transmission problem
1991 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I had a leak at a connection on one of the pipes previously repaired in hydralic circuit. I removed and reinstalled that section of pipe in order to repair; however prior to removal, I had pressure in the system. after reintallation, I have bleed the system, but the clutch pedal is still on the floor, and the pressure is not building up in the system, however I could not see any oil leaks at any of the master or the slave cylinders, or anywhere else in the hydrolic circuit.

Generally, is the system pushing air and fluid out of the bleeder? If so, you have not completed the bleeding. You have to assume that the master and slave are ok and you should be able to return it to the level of performance that existed before the tube was taken off. It can take a bit for the pressure to build.
