1985 Honda Accord will not idle

I rebuilt the carb, and now it wont idle. It will start to idle but then it will all of a suden just drop in rpm's and die. I can keep it going by pumping the gas pedel, and putting it in nutral. I have gone to the salvage yard and replaced the idle seliniods and the idle vacume. But I dont know what I need to do to fix the problem. Please help I dont have the money to get a mechanic.

Did you check fuel pump pressure before you rebuild the carb and also the float level? Also could be coming from the emission control unit-Try readjusting the idle speed screw and check ignition timing-

Do u have enogh fuel in the carb
check float level
