After advice from my local branch of halfords I put a bottle of Holts Wondarweld into my engine. Broke down after 1/2 mile. Since found out you do not put this into an engine. Is my engine and turbo now broken terminally or can this be fixed?

We don't have pajero in U.S. We have no idea what it is you put in if it's an oil substance it may be something else causing it to break down like a worn out engine. But have a local mechanic look at it as it can be anything
