When you say it will not turn over, you mean no key cranking?

Sometimes nothing when key turned, other times just turns and fires but will not run. Sometimes starts and runs perfectly with no warning lights coming up, Has now no headlights, Taillights or brake lights. Please help

Check all power through the fuses with a multimeter, and run a diagnostic code check, a crank angle sensor is a common no start fault, but this will not affect the headlights, I would be concentrating on getting it running first.
