1998 Holden Commodore Oil Leak

Hi

I by mistake had put too much oil in my car, while topping it up. I continued to drive, untill I got an oil warning light on dash board. This would be 150 Km's.

I called RACV, and got the excess oil drained.

Now, I notice some oil is leaking from the engine, can it be due the same thing.

Would it be cheap to fix !? The car otherwise runs perfect.

Hi there,

You need to get the engine washed down and have this leak identified, it my be a very simple fix, have the leak checked and report what is found here for more advice if required.
