Hissing noise near my right tire?

Hi, I have been experiencing a hissing noise near the passenger side of my right tire and it makes that noise whenever im reversing out of a parking spot and it continues making that hissing noise whenever im driving on the main road but the sound will stop whenever I hit the accelerator hard. I have also noticed that whenever I first turn my car on, the noise will start almost immediately.

Yep, I would remove the wheel and check to make sure the brake caliper bolts are still installed and are tight. It sounds like one of the brake caliper bolts has fallen out and the caliper is hitting the rim while you drive. These guides can help you jack the car up and remove the tire,
