I have a highest oil pressure, have changed the oil and filter and the pressure sensor till on the highest. Does it have an oil pressure relief valve I need to check? Where is this located?

The oil pressure relief valve is in the oil pump, I would remove the sender and install a manual gauge to see if the oil pump relieve spring is stuck or the gauge is malfunctioning. Check out the oil pump and the valve in the images below. Also, you can rent an oil pressure gauge from the auto parts store for cheap or free. Chances are the gauge is off, but you never know. Please let me know.
