Cold started my car after a few days of sitting because I couldn't drive it. (Some type of problem with CV axle or something. Looking into it) anyways. It was jumping up to around 1,300 RPM's while in park. But as soon as I switched to drive or reverse it went back down to normal. Around 600.

Good afternoon,

This could be caused by a dirty throttle body plate.

I would start by having the throttle body cleaned of all carbon build-up.

Are there any codes set?

I attached some information for you on cleaning the throttle plate and how the idle system is controlled.

Throttle body would make reverse and drive higher in RPM too. Not just park though. Right?

Correct. The ECM controls the operation of the motor on the throttle body.
