Hesitation upon acceleration

Hesitation upon acceleration especially when it goes into overdrive. I changed the fuel pump to fuel filter, tune up air cleaner. Have not changed any sensors and PCM. Does it need to be reset after fuel pump change? Thank you for your help.

No, the PCM does not need to be reset. There is no reset for the PCM anyway.

As far as the power, I would start with check the back pressure on the catalytic converters. If they are restricted, it will give you low power.
