I recently purchased this car. The owner says that she recently had the PCM replaced (at non-Chrysler dealer). The car hesitates and stalls when driving at times then when my foot is off the accelerator it will speed up out of nowhere which was a issue before purchase as well as she mentioned a fuse. The malfunction light is on, I went to AutoZone at first and it came back with four main codes, the O2 sensors P0031 P0037, P2074, P0507. I had gotten the O2 sensors replaced with a mechanic and before that he said that the codes were the skim key needs to be programmed P0633 and the O2 sensors. After replacing the sensors the car still stalled and I went to a new shop about 2-3 weeks after their diagnostic brought back the same codes the P0633 and also the sensors even though they were just fixed. I mentioned to them that the sensors were already replaced recently and they did see signs of my new sensors being installed they ran some more test and nothing else came up. Also, I noticed there is an issue where when I turn the car on and off at times (due to the stalling) the gas needle will change position.I am not sure if it is the fuse or the key or the moderately new PCM causing these issues. I'd like to get some idea of what could causing the problem before I have to spend out hundreds of dollars and still not have the issue fixed.

Hello,

The oxygen codes are responding to the way the engine is running those codes just mean they are doing there job reporting. I need to see how the engine is running. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

I would start with a compression test to make sure the engine is mechanically sound. here is a guide:

Please run down this guide and report back.

Also, today I had an issue where the car would be on and I would drive it for a short distance, but then it would act as if it was turned off. I would not be able to move it no matter if I pressed on the accelerator or not and the oil light would be on until I restart the car and it will go back to normal. Also, I noticed today that my accelerator pedal was loose, I am able to wiggle it freely if I put my foot below it, maybe this could be causing the idle issue and or the throttle related code?

No need for a compression test that is not the problem. lets clear the codes then turn the key on without starting the engine to see what comes up. Here is a video:
