My power steering pump went out and then my battery died all of a sudden, but if I jump it it would start right up. Then I changed the pump and it wont start. I put jumper cables to it and after thirty minutes it still wont start. It seems like it wants to but it does not and all the lights are on and bright. It just wont turn over. When I disconnect the cables within a few minutes it is back to completely dead.

You can get a new battery from Costco. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I charged the battery all night and it cranked over and then shut off. It was fine until I had the power steering pump replaced.
