Changed water pump and serpentine belt, still running hot

Changed water pump and serpentine belt. No loss of any antifreeze still full when I went to refill it. Temperature still red hot coolant, cold smell of antifreeze inside the car. No heat either and some oil or transmission fluid leaking from behind the right front tire.

Hey DALLAS GOTTSCHIM,

Have you checked/replaced the thermostat?
Does the cooling fan come on prior to overheating?
What condition was the coolant in when you changed the water pump, dirty?
