Hi my Nissan pulsar has just had a head gasket repair it was starting fine since been put back together it won't start only turn over thinking the timing may be out also it seems to not have much compression

Check to see if timing belt is correct it may have jumped or not installed correctly. You may have bent valves in cylinder head as well. We don't have a pulsar model in u.S but if you give me engine size I may be able to give you comparable settings and whether single or dual cam
