Heater only blows through passenger side?

All my actuatores work to my knowledge unless I’m missing one heater core and valve are working as they should is there anything I’m missing on why it’s only blowing warm on passenger side it’s not a duel temp

It says this car does have dual temp? Here is the location of the drivers side temperature blend door actuator, (left side of dash by the accelerator pedal) which sound like stopped working. Check out the images (below). Please upload an image or a short video in your response, so I can see what's going on.
