Heater stopped working after changing the orifice tube

After changing the orifice tube on my car the heater stopped working.
I am still having problems with the air conditioning. Also, I did not change the dryer filter.

For air conditioner problems it has to be performance tested to see what is wrong. If it works for a while then quits cooling it probably has moisture in system and needs pumping down then recharged along with a dryer replacement at minimum. For heat try pulling HVAC fuse in car with key on for sixty seconds then reinstall and it may reset actuator.
