Warm air, not hot, blowing out?

Warm air, not hot, blowing out. The air gets cooler the faster the fan is set. The temperature gauge is just below halfway, which I think is the normal.

Yes, this can happen because of two things, first the coolant level is low, or the heater core has internal blockage. I would wait until the engine is cold and then remove the radiator cap to check the level, if the level is okay remove the heater hoses and use a garden hose to help flash the heater core out.
