Fuses all look good. Are there any fuses in the control head if not how do you test the control head?

They have to be tested by a mechanic with a scanner to see what is wrong as it may be a body module problem. Fuse D20 underhood and F18 inside power relays for fan and fusible link from battery powers control for rear window defogger.

The body module is that the same as a climate control module?

No it is different it also supplies power to control for heat/AC.

You cannot replace it as it needs to be programmed to your car. It is behind right kick panel. There is also a blower control module that is on the heater case behind right side of dash.
