I drove the truck for the first time today since the battery had died and it was jumpstarted. I noticed that the heat was only warm on the passenger side and the driver side is blowing cold air. Also, the only spot that air comes out is the dash vents, when switched to defrost or to the feet area it does not switch.

It seems like a panel mode actuator, but that doesn't explain the heat only on once side, that seems like a blend door actuator. I find it odd that both would go at the same time.

I attempted to reset the HVAC actuators by pulling the HVAC fuses and putting them back in, however that did not work. Any help would be appreciated!

Yep, the reset is a good idea, I would try a hard reset for the system this guide/video can show you how to do it correctly.

It sounds like two actuators are not working after the battery reconnect. Please go over these guides and get back to us. Ken

Hmm, it can be both he mode and driver side side blend door actuator have gone out. You can run a CAN scan which will give you codes or replace both actuators. Here is a video to help.

CAN SCAN - https://youtu.be/u-4syLc-ifQ

Here are the locations of the actuators so you can check it out. Do all of the lights come on for the HVAC unit? I would try the mode actuator first, it is easier to get to than the drivers side unit. Here are their locations. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes

Thank you, I did a scan and I have several codes. I'm leaning towards HVAC control module but any help would definitely be appreciated. The codes that I had are as follows:

HVAC Control Module:

B0413-61 Main temperature control feedback circuit-stuck
B0423-61 Right temperature control feedback circuit-stuck
B374A-61 Air flow control feedback circuit-stuck
B0228-61 Recirculate position feedback 1 circuit-stuck

HVAC Controls:

U0020-00 Low speed CAN Bus
B1325-03 Control module power circuit - low voltage
U1509-00 LIN Bus 9

Yep, you nailed it, the HVAC controller is bad. I would get a new unit and install it.
