So, my A/C blows strongly out of all of my vents but the heat doesn’t work. I took off the blender door motor and it was still working. I manually changed the A/C setting to heat and to no avail. I’m assuming it is the heater core. I don’t know where the part is necessarily located or if that is the issue but I need help.

Sure, this can happen when the engine coolant level gets low because the heater core is the first thing to run low. When the engine is cold, please remove the radiator cap to check the level.

This video will help:

Also, can you confirm the year of the car? 2017? Here is a guide that can help as well, you may have a clogged heater core which I would remove the heater hoses and use a garden hose to help flush the core out.
