Hearing high noise

When need to speed up the car there is a high noise from left side of engine and it seems to be like turbo fan voice, but we checked the both turbo and they are perfect and good. Someone told me the issue in the flywheel.

Hey MAJID,

The turbo will make a noise when it is going out, if you take off the intake or exhaust side of the turbo see if the turbo shaft has any play if it does the turbo is no good.

If you could take a video of the problem it would be helpful as well.
