The headlights turn on and off by themselves. So far have replaced headlight resistor.

Low beams work, but will not stay on high by using signal switch.

I assume fuses under hood have been checked. Multi function switch is the more than likely the culprit you can test with headlight on. It might be tan wire at switch burned out.
