I asked about a 2003 dodge caravan se head light problem. I changed bcm got one from a salvage yard still same problem lights stay on when switch is off. If I unplug the light switch they go off only if ignition is turned off. Soon as I turn key on they come on. I tested the light switch plug there is NO POWER TO ANY WIRES at the light switch

If the bcm isn't programmed to your vehicle then it still may be the problem. You can't switch those modules from one vehicle to another.

Have this scanned for codes if it was done once do again as it may be the front control module which is part of tpim module and power dist center under hood. If you are in a northern part of us salt may have gotten into it and corroded. If it unplugs you might try unplugging it and cleaning out what you can then using dielectric grease on plug and reinstall it may correct it if you get lucky. Otherwise it may be the module bad.
